Hello Team,
I applied for SBI Elite credit card and now I have come to know that the application is declined. Reason shown is negative office address verification. I told the customer care agent as well as the field agent that I am working from home, how can I be present in office to get it verified. I have also got my office email id verified. I want my application to be reprocessed as my CIBIL is 775 and I currently don't hold any credit card.

Is there any updates on the same. Why do you hire field agents who can't understand simple instructions that i am working from home and yet they go to my office and expect me to be present there.
