State Bank Of India [SBI] — Credit card bill payment....huge outstanding showing

The SBI raises so much of outstanding amount for my card when I have to pay only 5500...they are that 21000 to pay the amount as we clear the dues...i[censored] r not paid that amount u will be written off for that they are telling...plz resolve the issue
