I am sanding mail for My sbi Credit Card Payment due date -8-sep-2-19 Ref:[protected] Reg: Review of below mentioned Transaction dated 6/7/2019 at GORBANDH HAT AND VEG R JAIPUR IND For Rs 29500 on your SBI Credit Card no. XXXXXXXXXXXX8636 my Transaction Dispute –[protected] so some medical issues not processing properly payment my Credit card on due date because your site payment hold 29500 not clear my payment .support team request you provied us my payment and i have prossing card payment before card due date, before we have talk with customer care say sir your payment clearly 30-aug-2019 finely but team not credit payment and We have many time call customer care but give positive response only giving negative response, request your please solved my issue immediately . Please find attached recording with call customer care and sir many time call on customer care and visit with comp-lent latter SBI Credit Card department in Jaipur location. Dear sir if you can't take any action then I am also freed for take any type of legal action strictly whose responsible you and your team and bank also please not that I am not responsible for that SBI Credit card customer support team very bad service facing now..
i have may time call customer care but customer care not getting positive response so sir your please solved mu issue.
We have many time call customer care but give positive response only giving negative response, request your please solved my issue immediately .
