State Bank Of India [SBI] — credit card charged extra - division manager - sending threaten message

Dear sir,

I have been using sbi credit card (Name : sathish kumar i) for more than two years and also recently i have failed to make my credit card payment on time since nov 2018 but i have been paying partial amount due to issues with current employment in my final settlement getting delay.
There are 3 emi ongoing in my account but they are charging more interest charges compare to normal charges and also i have initiated balance transfer for my full outstanding amount from my other bank card but it was rejected due to some technical reason.
Everyday i am getting minimum 5 to 7 calls from sbi, they sent whatsapp message seem like threaten message from sbi division manager.
Recently, i was checked in my credit card statement and i was shocked for other chargers from nov 2018 to mar 2019 (Rs.12132/-).

Please find the below details for breakup
On nov 2018 - others charges (Fin+late+each emi charged) - rs-2882/-
On dec 2018 - rs-2466/-
On jan 2019 - rs-2026/-
On feb 2019-rs-2240/-
On mar 2019-rs-2518/-

Totally they charged rupees 12132/-, but i paid some partial amount for the period. Please find the attachment for my proof of my payment and extra charges charged from bank side and also whatsapp message screenshot which i received from sbi agent and let me know if you need any further information required.

Note:please verify my proof and take necessary action to provide justice.

Its not yet resolved but they just called and says "As per the systematic charges" and also SBI executive was not able to listen my explanation.

Every day I receive at least 5 to 7 calls from SBI, they send whatsapp messages as threatening messages from SBI Division Manager. I was checked in my credit card statement and I was shocked by other chargers from November 2018 to April 2019 (Rs.14650/-).On NOV 2018 — other charges(Fin+Late+each EMI charged) — Rs-2882/- On Dec 2018 — Rs-2466/- On Jan 2019 — Rs-2026/- On Feb 2019-Rs-2240/- On Mar 2019-Rs-2518/- On Apr 2019-Rs-2518/- Totally charged rupees 14650/-. They're torturing over the phone and whatsapp message but then I took jewel loan from the local shop and paid 30, 000 for the period. Please find the attachment for my proof of payment and extra charges charged from the bank side and also whatsapp message screenshot that I received from the SBI agent. Please verify my evidence and take the necessary steps to provide justice and let me know if you need further information. Note: SBI executive called my number after my registered complaint and they didn't listen to my explanation instead of disconnecting my call after warding no response.
