State Bank Of India [SBI] — Credit card EMI bill still getting generated after cancellation of an EMI order placed in flipkart

I have purchased an item of price () on flipkart with 6 months EMI. The order is not delivered in expected time and 1st month EMI is generated already, and i have cancelled the order since the delivery is getting delayed.

the amount is refunded by flipkart to credit card after cancellation. but, the EMI amount not refunded and 2 month EMI bill also generated.

spoke flipkart customer care, they said the problem is from credit card bank side.

could you please refund by EMI bill and cancel the EMI bill generation as soon as possible?
