Dear Sir / Madam,
This is with reference to a SBI Credit card that was cancelled. After cancellation, we realized that there was an excess amount that was in the account which had to be refunded to us. SBI cards has been playing the fool with us since March 2022 asking for documents that were sent by speedpost and via email. After repeated escalations to the nodal officer and customer service head, our issue remains unresolved.
The SBI team asked for an affidavit, NOC, Family tree, Aadhar, PAN card etc. All these documents were sent in original and by email in March and subsequently in June and July. Despite sending over 50 emails on the same topic, there is no resolution.
