State Bank Of India [SBI] — credit card fraud: online transaction on my sbi credit card without knowledge.

Dear Sir,

My SBI Credit Card No.[protected] and the name mentioned on the card is: HARIVANI GOUR. Date of Expiry: 04/20 Registered Mobile: [protected].

On[protected] I had received messages on my mobile from SBI Card team regarding online transactions done on my card through net banking, without my knowledge. All those transactions done are in Foreign Currency (Dollar & Euro).
All these transactions done on[protected] during 9:30pm-10 :00pm (Indian Standard Time), wherein I was sitting in my home at Indore. I haven't received any OTP for the transactions, and I didn't share any personal details to any one. I had only received messages of Debit transactions on my cared.

Kindly register my compliant and do the needful.

I have also lodged complaint with SBI customer care, service request no. for which is:[protected].
Also in Cyber cell, Online dept. for which the complaint no is: #2711.
