State Bank Of India [SBI] — credit card - got rejected message but I didn't apply for any card | |||
I got below message from sbi (TM-SBICRD): "Dear Applicant, we regret to inform you that basis our SBI Cards internal policy, we are unable to issue a credit card to you at this time" But i have not applied for any card. Dear Sbi. Please check if there is some fraud happening. My mobile number is [protected] Also, please provide customer care number if I need to talk to them about who/when the card is applied. I too have received the same message when I have not applied any card with the sbi. Their customer service don't have option to talk to their customer's support agents. Then how to resolve this issue.
