State Bank Of India [SBI] — Credit Card Interest Charges Erroneously

In Oct 2023 statement, there is a finance interest charge levied on my card 7154 for 608.26 plus GST for no fault of mine.

I have made the complete/full payment total amount due of Rs.57584 well within the due date.

Refund the amount immediately.
