State Bank Of India [SBI] — Credit Card payment | |||||
I have taken SBI card for 4 years, they never levied annual fee, this year they suddenly put annual fee 500+ taxes and when i requested for close the card and i will pay the bill. They told we have offer to waiver by providing points and now they taken payment and once payment is made they tell we don't have the option to do it. Whenever i call customer care they have different stories. I have attachment email proof from them that will provide the points. Was this information helpful? | |||||
