State Bank Of India — SBI credit card person Misbehaviour with customer

Respected Sir,
Good Afternoon. I have had a Credit Card in your esteemed Branch for since 2 Years and more over the last six months. I am unable to pay the amounts due to my Mother in Death Bed by way of bedridden as well as my elder Brother sudden accident on Feb 20, 2021. Due to these problems I am unable to pay the credit card payment promptly.I requested the credit card team also by way of e.mail. Today Morning one of the Person Mr. Subba Rao make a Phone call barring Phone Number +91 [protected] using abused words to me like cheater of SBI, ### of Mother, etc, I am unable to say the words. He is making a CALL TO my landline number. He told me that I am a Manager of Credit Card Division, Autonagar Branch, Vijayawada. Immediately I asked Subba Rao which Branch Sir you are working either SME Branch or Phase 3 Branch. He told me that Abused word. i am sitting in the Autonagar branch Only. He is making a call from

By saying the names, Murali, Ganesh, Kumar, Pratap Rao, etc.
by return CALL TO the above number no one can lift the call. I am requesting the Credit card people till give the time for[protected].Before that time we will clear the entire dues with interest.They say ok and again after 5 minutes again phones will start with different numbers.
Sir I am not a defaulter of any bank till today and I am not taking any LOAN also any bank till today. Due to this type of persons behaviour bank reputation also will lose in future. So we request you please kindly take action against Subba Rao. Otherwise I can approach the RBI Ombudsman against your authority ir.
I am extremely sorry for saying this. Due to his Behaviour of Mr. Subba Rao.
I have huge respect for SBI Sir.
