First time in the last 15 years I was charged a renewal fee. I sent multiple email conversations to your customer support team and I informed them that don't have any renewal annual fee as I never paid previously. Then suddenly interest started charging and now the amount due is Rs 2600. I want to cancel my card as this is a harassment case. I later raised an issue with the nodal officer Mr. Ankur Chaudhary.
Mr. Ankur Chaudary called me when I was in the USA. He told me that I should pay my amount due and they will reimburse me the amount later. I informed him I don't have my credit card number and had not received so how can I pay the payment. He said he will contact me and share the details. He never contacted me again with the details.
Now, I have reached India last week. I want to receive my credit card and cancel my card with immediate effect. But no way to reach customer support via phone as you need a credit card number to reach them. I want to pay and cancel this card. I will never ever get a credit card from SBI. This is torture and harassment to a pensioner lady senior citizen. Its been a totally disappointing experience with SBI credit cards especially being a loyal customer. Was this information helpful? |
