The general manager Reserve bank of india New delhi -110034 Dear sir, I had sbi credit cards no: #[protected]. And when my outstanding balance was 61000/- which I was not able to pay due to my job loss, so I requested for the settlement. I legal team called me and told me to pay the settlement amount of 39000/-. and I have the settlement letter and payment receipts but I wonder that they have not updated my payments as a settlement amount. it shows a normal payment. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 18, 2019 Updated by Vaisakh U S See how they stealing the money from the customer. I have attached screenshot of one of the employee from the bank asking for payment. see how she asked? as per bank record, the exact amount is 9000/- and they put 24000 but she asked to pay around 35K. this is how SBI dealing with the customer?
