[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] Credit Card — Shopzapos_epaykerela sbipg in fraud of rs 7924/- on sbi credit card

Sir, i want to bring it to your kind notice that on 17/05/2016 i received a call from the no :[protected] they told me i am calling on behalf of sbi credit card division. You are using our credit card and having maintained a good track record of your credit card and having earned reward points in your account, on the basis of which our company has decided to issue one more card absolutely free of cost known as world discount card kindly confirm the particulars printed on your existing credit card because on new card the data must be same as printed on your existing credit card . In this way he obtained all particulars from me on phone.When i tried to refuse him by saying that why i should tell you my confidential details he further stated that for matching your particulars i am sending you a six digit number on your phone. He send this six digit number on my phone and ask me to confirm the same. He further confirmed that no charges will be debited to your credit card account or no rewads points will be redeemed against this transaction . Immediately i got a message on my phone that rs 7924/- was spend on your sbi credit card on 17/05/2016 at shopzapos_epaykerela sbipg in . When i object about this he said it will not possible to revert money to my account.
I immediately report this matter to sbi customer center and they said the transaction has been done and if the merchandise will not claim the money it will revert to your account i said them Please stop the payment they said that if the merchandise will claim then i will have to raised the dispute.

So kindly help me sir in stopping the payment
