State Bank Of India [SBI] — Credit card statement issue not resolved | |||
As per last discussion with rbi representative still my credit card bill amount added with 2 emi which was wrongly showing since last 5 months i had called various times to customer care but there number is not reachable most of time and since last 3 months i am fighting for double emi showing in my statement but no one taken seriously in last conversation rbi person already said your issue resolved & its not reflect in new statement than why this happen again i am totally disappointed with all answers as i went in bank also but they also reverted as its customer care activity they will take action against it we cant do anything they are not ready to take complaint also for the same.
