Dear Sir,
I had an SBI credit card which I had closed long back and after closure I did not apply for a new card nor did the bank issue me a new card.
After this, sometime back the bank sent me a statement of Rs 588, for which I requested SBI Credit Card Customer Care to cancel it and they also assured to cancel it with a positive response.
But now again they have sent me in the same statement with more charges, for which I applied again in the bank but they have refused to cancel it.
At the same time, I also want to say that it is very difficult to talk to their customer care, how many times after dialing the number, it is very difficult to talk once.
Finally I request you to help me in getting these charges canceled
