State Bank Of India [SBI] — credit card unethical behaviour, for transactions not done after 13 years | |
I'm receiving calls from these numbers phone numbers "[protected] and "[protected]" regarding the credit card, and asked to pay a lumpsum amount 3.04 laks, and I don't understand how this much amount came as balance in the account. If I need to make payment, since I don't remember using this card, I want understand what are the transactions made on this card and on which date, a detailed summary of the statement. The person who called me doesn't have any statement details of 2006, and saying bank will not hold that old details, and if bank in not having those details how the bank has way to reach me after 13 years regarding this, I checked my emails till 2004 I have not received any single Monthly statement from SBI.
