State Bank Of India [SBI] — Credit card verification team | |||
Hi SBI team, I have applied for a credit card around a week back and today 28th Feb i got a call from credit card verification team with '[protected]' asking whether Siddesh speaking. I said yes then they will cut the call. This scenario happenned for 3 times. 4th time i asked the caller to hold on and asked why you people shut the call without intimation.. again without any answer they shut the call. Again i received the call this time its super just i lift the call and then they shut. Is the service you provide for your customers? This is the most worst expirience i have ever faced. Should i take the SBI credit card or not? Iam asking this because before coming to your brand you are playing and making the customers frustated with your worst service, if i enter in to your services by taking the card then how will be my position?
