SBI CREDIT CARD team is not replying to my mails neither giving me any resolution over call. I am struggling to get my query solve. Neither nodal officer or customer service is responding. Interaction ID:[protected]

Hi,
I have a credit card [protected] which I want to suspend immediately citing poor customer service and harassment of irrelevant charges. From my statement, I had 0 outstanding as of September, 2023 but from December 2023 I have been charged addtional late fee payment on my annual card charges of Rs.855 and this has been accumulated to ₹4000+ till April 2024 which is extremely horrific considering my past records with sbi card having good credit score. This is to let you know that my login to app was suspended long back for which I could not check my statement, neither I could login in website. After trying multiple calls with customer care none of the representative could provide a solution to my problem. Hence, after this long delay and almost zero expectations left from a reputed company like SBI, I have paid all outstanding dues today amounting to Rs.4366 (screenshot attached) from UPI payment mode.
Hence from this day effectively immediately please suspend my card without further delay. I do not want any representative to call me regarding retention of card or any offers. Below are my details please do the needful.
