I have accessed SBI ATM on 29.05.2024 at ATM ID no. S1NW[protected] for withdrawal of Rs.20000/- from my a/c [protected]. The amount was not dispensed. Instead my account was debited with Rs.20000/- and re-credited the same. Again, the amount of Rs. 20000/- was debited as "CSH WDL" without any Transaction id and ATM details. The amount was not dispensed to me. I request the same may be verified and amount recredited. Jun 1, 2024 Complaint marked as Resolved 7017986127 phone number are registered I try to withdraw by ATM 20000 rs but money not received but in my account money are debited 20000 rs they are showing in CSH WDL.
