I do not know even what is FI Txn @ CSP outlet, outlet, having no such A/c SBI has deducted 10000 from my SB A/c three times i.e. on[protected],[protected] and[protected] Total Rs.30, 000 (RUPEES THIRTY THOUSAND ONLY) without any information and my consent, if the money is not returned bank I am going to take legal action against SBI soon.

On 26/01/2023 I tried to deposit Rs. 48000.00/- through SBI CDM Machine. Amount deposited by machine but show transaction status failed and no money deposited in the account. It has been more than 21 days since this incident but still my money has not been deposited into the account.
Kindly resolve this issue on urgent basis.

The log in process is unnecessarily complicated. I actively use CIti Bank and have used Axis bank as well. It is only with SBI that there is extreme difficulty to LOG IN to the account.
Most often there is an error message with regard to password.

Current problem being faced -
I provide my log in details and I am asked to change the profile password. Any number of attempts I make to set a new password, it says...

I presented a cheque of 7250 rupees from bank of baroda to sbi, palitana. They returned my cheque with the reason "84 other reasons-connectivity failure". They also deducted 254 rupees from my account. They don't have any answer for the same. It's not my fault if there connectivity is not successful.

I need debited money back. Also, sbi should provide clear reasons if they are dishonoring cheque....

I had done biometric verification as well. And got a sms that my application will be processed within 9 working days. But almost a month past and I got no update. As of 10/8/2022 there were various situations that trying to connect to customer support is impossible with SB Credit cards

They have a automated interactive chat system, which is pretty much useless

You may want to report an payment that is not relfecting on the card, which is not possible.

there is a email compose system which always (always) fails to send an email and create a interaction id....

Hi due to non kyc updation the bank account is frozen. My registered mobile number is [protected].

Kindly note I'm medically unfit right now cannot travel to my hometown for updating as I'm far away from that branch (home branch). I have emailed the documents to branch but no response on the same.

Online unable to submit as my internet banking credentials I don't have as I never used it. Please resolve this matter....

My complaint no.[protected] regarding the transaction of 24450 Rs has not been resolved. The status of the complaint is (Your Complaint has been routed to UPI DEPT for immediate redressal). But the Complaint/service Request Status/Resolution is showing that the Case is Closed. But I haven't got any refund....
