Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your attention that today, on the 15th of April 2024, I made a deposit of 10, 000 rupees at the SBI CDM in Malikpuram, Andhra Pradesh. This transaction took place at approximately 10:10 AM. However, to my dismay, the cash I deposited was not credited to my account, and I did not receive a slip from the machine. The money seems to be stuck in the CDM machine.

I am in urgent need of the funds for a medical emergency and I need to send it to the hospital. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I have already submitted a complaint at the nearest SBI branch in Malikpuram regarding this issue. I made cardless Deposit.

    I am getting messages from SBI bank again and again that "your transaction at POS 89051880 has been declined due to insufficient fund in your account"
    even i didn't did any transaction through debit card or i will say that i am not used debit card anywhere.

    and charges are deducted from my account till now 3 times.
    please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      I am currently facing issue with the KYC process being under process for nearly a month now. I submitted 2 complaints with the SBI customer care but they both were closed without any resolution and it was stated in the current status of the complaint that it was sent to the SP1- GITC.
      The first complaint was done on 02/04/2024 5.37 p.m, after which on 5.54, I received a message from SBI that my case was resolved. Upon checking the issue was still present and no action was taken and the status showed that it was sent to SP1- GITC, and the same happened with the other complaint as well.

        I ordered the steel gua-sha from Amazon on March 11, 2024 of Rs. 399 through UPI (prepaid). As the product took really long to deliver i cancelled the product on
        March 20, 2024.

        As from Amazon they clearly mentioned the refund will be initiated on March 21, 2024 and the refund issued on March 21, 2024 itself. Till now the refund of rs. 399 not reflected in my bank account.

        The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

        As I reached SBI customer service, they said they're not responsible for this and they can't solve this .

        I kindly request to look into this issue and reflect my refund of rs. 399 on my bank account.

          Hello,
          March 27, SBI deducted 16000 as locker charges and penalty.
          AMC for my locker is INR 3000 appox. On visiting branch, I was told that, the debit happened at backend and not aware of details. Why so much high fees and penalty, with no prior intimation ? Also an email sent to

            Dear Team,

            I have raised an email regarding closer or downgrade of my credit card as i am unable to pay annual fees on 05/03/2024
            I have received email & telephonic confirmation from SBI team that yes my card is downgraded and now i dont have to pay yearly fees.
            But I received my bill on 22/03/2024 having yearly annual fees.
            I am contoinously trying to make contact with team but they are not reverting or reverting in improper way and telling me to pay annual fees.
            My bill payment date is 10/04/2024
            request you to please help in this matter.

                State Bank Of India Credit Card And Encore Unauthorized credit card charges/False claim of due amount without any substantiation

                I received an email with following subject line "Reminder for Payment towards Credit Card number ending with"0508 "was sent two times in this month. Please refer the attachment for your reference.

                I did check with the SBI Customer Care Team, they have advised me to contact the SBI Credit Card team. I did check with the SBI Credit Card Team and they have advised me to contact Encorearc company directly since they don't have...

                  I visited the loan officer to request a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for which I had already submitted an application. Despite being asked to come in on the agreed-upon date of 18/3/24, the loan officer was absent, displaying unprofessional behaviour. Upon returning the following day, the officer proceeded with the procedure, albeit in an inappropriate manner. When I inquired about pending dues-related information, the officer responded rudely. As a customer of the bank, I believe it's my right to receive accurate details. Despite lodging a complaint with the branch manager, no appropriate action was taken.

                    I recevied promotional offer message which stated that if I do two transaction for more than 15 thousand each before a timeline date then I shall be receiving a purchase voucher from Pantaloons worth Rupees 1000/-

                    I sent them an email regardgin the same and the response I got was to wait till the offer period gets over which is 15th Feb 2024.

                    Since then I emailed them twice on the update however today I received an email stating that the decision is not in my favour and hence I will not receive any voucher from SBI, This is complete fraud activity from SBI credit cards for making customers do bigger purchases.

                      I have apply sbi credit card but my card has been declined showing f55 error but my al details are correct why my card declined abi sbi is very wrong, without verification kuch bhi decision le leti hai.

                        Credit Card Decline F55

                        Recent I have apply SBI card and applied for simply click card.
                        I had done biometric verification as well. And got a sms that my application will be processed within 9 working days. But almost a month past and I got no update. Then I asked and inquired with a sales agent near a mall and they checked and said me that my application was rejected and the reason is "F55 DATABASE DEFAULTER".

                        Rs 2000 deducted from my account without any message on my number, and I did not get that money. Statement shows "FI txn CSPoutlet" on 29 feb 2024 This All has been done by bank, please return my money.
                        Otherwise I will complain at higher level.

                          I tried to pay the fees of CUET UG 2024 form of Sangeeta verma whose Application number is:[protected]. The amount got deducted but at the CUET website it is showing payment failure.

                          I made the payment through payment gateway SBIMOPS using phonepe UPI app in which my UPI id [protected]@ybl is linked with my (Rahis pal singh) icici bank account.
                          In phonepe app UTR is:[protected]
                          and transaction id is: T2403062236521111723163
                          ICICI bank transaction id is showing as : S77375361.
                          SBI reference number: CPADPGDOG2
                          Merchant reference number: CUET_UG_[protected]_[protected]

                          Timing of transaction was 6 march 2024 10:35 am. At that time phonepe said it can take 48 hrs to complete payment. So the payment was completed at 7 march 11 pm 2024.
                          I am attaching all the relevant screenshots for your reference.

                            I humbly make a Complain about
                            Rs. 2000 deducted from sbi account on 05/03/2024 and message showing in statement as "FI Txn @ CSP outlet[protected] MERC OFFUS Issuer WDL TXN". I couldn't understand what reason Amount Rs 2000 have been taken from my account. Hence I made a complaint.
                            Even i didn't get any message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone and I didn't give any OTP to anybody.
                            Please revert my amount because i need money this time. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.

                              My SBI debit card got undelivered at my residential address and has been returned to NSH Mangaluru.                                   We processed Car loan on 31st October 2023 (Loan ID - [protected]) and the EMI reduction date was informed as 5th of every month. The first EMI was processed on 5th December 2023 which exceeds 30 days from the date of loan reimbursement. The system reflects default in payment despite availability of fund in the account. We have informed the officials several times and due to this, our cibil score got effected (reduction of 80 + points). We discovered about this upon processing of home loan that is SBI neither informed us nor took corrective action to rectify the error. Despite following up multiple times, we did not receive any response from the SBI official and our Cibil score getting effected even more. We are denied of home loan and is charged higher interest rate due to SBI's negligence. SBI officials are not rectifying the error despite our multiple follow ups /emails/calls.

                                    I had an Recurring deposit with SBI which matured recently. I didnot missed to pay installments during the starting six months of the RD tenure so the branch has charged a 'Debit Branch Penalty' i.e. 75% of the interest. I have A salary account in SBI. I m working Odisha Fire & Emergency service. MY duty at remote is where is sometime no network available. The payment deleyed only 1 and 2 day due to not avavilable of network....
