I paid my phone bill 500 via upi but balance got deducted and not pay bill then i call customer care - ([protected]/[protected]) after that they told me that balance will be reflected in my account in 24 hours but i didn't get any refund plz help me.
I mail my problem with sbi support email but it's not resolve then i go to my local branch after that branch manager told me that you can complaint in your service provider then i call my service provider he told me that we don't receive any amount so you can call your bank.
I am very irrational please help me as soon as.
