State Bank Of India [SBI] — Debit card payment failure but amount deducted from my account

I have made e payment from hdfc debit card for UP BTC EXAM through SBI gateway on 28/6/2016 & 2/7/2016.due to network issue Rs.312.65 got deducted twice from my account without e receipt. Please check the transaction & refund my money to my account. My account no.is [protected]& contact no. is [protected].
