State Bank Of India [SBI] — debit card transaction

Dear sir/madam,

I have made a payment from my debit card, the amount is debited from my account however not credit to the beneficiary.
Raised multiple complaints at customer care, the response i am getting is “customer branch a/c has been credited on[protected]”, please contach branch.
I have contacted the branch but told that no amount has been reverted back neither i can see in my online bank account.
Need your kind attention in this regard.
