I am a simple worker i had withdrawed Rs. 20, 000/- from a SBI ATM the amount has been deducted from my account but cash did not came out. I need the money in an urgent basis due to medical treatment kindly see to my matter. This problem often occur in SBI ATM. ATM are there for emergencies but if this type of problem arises it become difficult for us middle class people. Kindly see to the matter seriously.

Updated by sirbutasitu I have been constantly visiting the bank and calling the SBI toll-free people but they are not giving any positive response. I am feeling like I have been cheated by SBI this amount means a lot to me I can't bear it's loss. Kindly help me.
