State Bank Of India [SBI] — deduction of my balance in the form of large amount

Respected sir
L had booked a goods then some one call me to deliver the goods. Due to not delever he will call me again to pay online pay ment for immidiate the deliver. So he took my debit card detail for online pay the payment. It was at 09/10/2018 4:30 pm aprox. The man who call me his number is [protected].

So please help me to gain my balance.
