Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the deduction of OTHPOS GOOGLE PLAY from my account for the month of June 2024. On [05/06/2024], an amount of Rs. 2900/- was deducted from my account my account number is [protected] without my authorization for a service that I did not subscribe to or use.

I have thoroughly reviewed my account statements and confirmed that this deduction was made without my consent. I have never signed up for any services provided by OTHPOS GOOGLE PLAY, and I am certain that this deduction is a mistake or unauthorized transaction.

I kindly request an immediate refund of the deducted amount to be credited back to my account. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly and for the refund to be processed within [Specify Timeframe 7 business days].

I urge you to investigate this matter further and provide me with a detailed explanation of why this deduction occurred and how you plan to prevent such unauthorized transactions in the future.
