    Sir i have done a order on Zomato on 3/07/2024 at 10:51 pm . that order is not accepted by the hotel and then Zomato initiated the refund and this refund will reflect in my sbi account by the date of 8/07/2024 but there is still nothing deposited inmy account .

      I had issued a fastag from SBI. They closed it automatically for possessing two fastags. I have been doing multiple follow-ups but they are not refunding my money. Everytime I raise a complaint, they close it after a few days without resolving my query. I have sent them an email attaching all the required documents, but not getting any response.

        I'm Venkata Subramani From mylapore and
        I have used SBI credit card from 2017 to 2020, My limit is about 59, 000 but i paid more than 1, 25 lakhs, They still asking me to pay more and that agents coming to my home and torturing us. Recently my mom passed away (03/06/2024) in panimalar hospital, we have spent lots of money for her treatment.

        That agency persons are coming to home torturing us, They told initially about lokadalat or Arbitration i said ok but they are not going legal. They telling we will be dealing like this we will not go to court for this. We are middle class family these guys are coming shouting on ladies on my absence We are in a kind of stress loss of my mom. Please kindly do the needful.

          My name is Raghavendar and I had ordered GLOXY 4 in 1 Multipurpose Stainless Steel Bathroom Shelf for wall | Soap Holder for bathroom with Toothbrush Holder | Bathroom Accessories and Fittings (12D x 40W x 24H cm, Chrome Finnish) of RS.Amount 882 in Amazon on 22.04.2024 and after I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 29.04.2024
          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

            Myself prathiksha, SBI card holder. I had Rs.56814 due for the month of may which need to be paind on 29th may 2024. I have made the payment on 28th may 2024. Though the payment has been done before the due date. Company has put payment dishonour fee. Request you help us het the refund

                Malfunctioning of their app YONO
                Not showing any Meenu or icon to initiate the app through biometric fingerprint process.

                Complaint email to SBI followed by reminder as follows but no response by SBI.

                We have pointed out in our previous that is your yono app, the option to initiate the app through fingerprint is not visible. What's wrong with your app? We have uninstalled the app and reinstalled twice the app but it remains without the option of biometric startup while on the other hand it has successfully recognised and registered our finger print. Two Screenshots it is reference to prove the malfunctioning of your app have already been sent to you I love without grievance in the last email. Resolve it quickly by deputing your representative to our home capable to resolve it as per the RBI rule to provide home service to the doorstep to see senior citizens.

                  I took an SBI home loan recently. While applying for the loan, they charged me 6000 INR for legal and valuation purposes. Now yesterday an additional 1000 INR was debited from my loan account stating it's for supplemental legal opinion charge. WTH SBI, how can you debit anything without my consent? also need clarity in the charges

                    To whomsoever it may concern,
                    My name is Deepak pandey and i recently opened a insta savings account by video KYC on 01 may 2024, at dildarnagar situated at address: dildarnagar market uttar pradesh, ifsc code: sbin0011251

                    I have transferred funds to this account. The problem now is that i am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “cif not scrutinized by lcpc”. I am stuck with this account, since i cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments but my funds are stuck in this account.

                    I have raised multiple online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. I have contacted the branch manager & sent several emails to branch manager & nodal officer but the issue has not been resolved.

                      On 28/05/2024 at around 4.40 pm, I transferred Rs.40000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) to “AxxxxxxLimited, IDBI Bank, A/c No.xxxxxxxx0617, IFSC Code:xxxxxx1024” in IMPS mode through SBI Yono App. I sensed a technical glitch after I inputting the OTP to transfer the money while completing the transaction.

                      The details of transaction are as referred above.

                      Even after 3 days have lapsed, neither the amount...

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I am writing to inform you that I have been a customer of the State Bank of India, Ashti Branch (SBIN0002483), since 2012. My account number is [protected], which I have been using regularly. On 03/05/2023, Rs. 20, 000/- was fraudulently withdrawn from my account via SMS. On the same day at 6:25 pm, I received a notification on my mobile number [protected] regarding this transaction.

                      I visited the branch the following morning, 04/05/2023, and reported the fraudulent transaction. It was communicated to me that the transaction was conducted using the ID of Sachin Pokale from the Customer Service Center of the State Bank of India. Despite my prompt reporting, I have not received a satisfactory response from the bank as of today, 31/05/2024, a full month later.

                      As a customer, I placed my trust in the State Bank of India for my financial transactions. The bank holds full responsibility for the security of my deposited funds. It is imperative that the bank investigates the transaction, identifies the person responsible for the fraud, and takes appropriate action. The sum of Rs. 20, 000/- is a significant amount for me, and I request its immediate reimbursement to alleviate my financial distress.

                      The unauthorized transfer of such a substantial amount without my consent constitutes a clear case of fraud. Despite repeated visits to the Ashti branch, I have not received any assistance or resolution.

                      I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take necessary action to address this fraud. If the amount is not returned within the next two days, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Hon. District Court and relevant customer service forums.

                      Thank you for your prompt attention to this serious issue.

                        CSH WDL without any transaction debited money in my account

                        I have accessed SBI ATM on 29.05.2024 at ATM ID no. S1NW[protected] for withdrawal of Rs.20000/- from my a/c [protected]. The amount was not dispensed. Instead my account was debited with Rs.20000/- and re-credited the same. Again, the amount of Rs. 20000/- was debited as "CSH WDL" without any Transaction id and ATM details. The amount was not dispensed to me. I request the same may be verified and amount recredited.

                          Sbi has provided pizza hut voucher worth Rs 1000 but it is not redeemable in the entire state of Tamil Nadu. This is totally discriminatory against customers in Tamil nadu alone.

                            I recently asked refund on zomato of rupees 198.24 which was paid through phone pay (UPI) it has been almost 27 days still I didn't receive the refund amount in my bank account when I contacted zomato they said refund has been done through our end please contact your bank to know it

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding an online fraud incident and the subsequent lack of cooperation from the State Bank of India (SBI) and its Airport Road Branch in Bhopal.

                              Firstly, I wish to report an online fraud involving an amount totaling Rs. 2, 05, 000/-. I was added to a Telegram group where I was initially given small tasks with a commission. Over time, the tasks escalated, and I was coerced into investing larger sums of money, totaling Rs. 2, 05, 000/-. However, upon realizing the fraudulent nature of the scheme, I immediately ceased further engagement and sought legal recourse.

                              Secondly, despite the involvement of the Cyber Crime Cell, Bhopal, and repeated requests for cooperation, there has been a significant lack of response and assistance from the SBI Airport Road Branch. The branch has failed to provide the necessary information related to the unauthorized transaction and has not cooperated with the investigation efforts.

                              Additionally, I have lodged a formal complaint with the SBI head office regarding this matter but have not received any reply or acknowledgment. This further highlights the disregard for customer grievances and the lack of accountability within the bank's hierarchy.

                              Therefore, I kindly request your intervention in this matter. I urge the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to issue directives to SBI and its Airport Road Branch, instructing them to cooperate fully with the Cyber Crime Cell and provide all necessary information and assistance required for the investigation.

                              It is crucial that swift action is taken to ensure justice is served and to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
