Sbi has provided pizza hut voucher worth Rs 1000 but it is not redeemable in the entire state of Tamil Nadu. This is totally discriminatory against customers in Tamil nadu alone.

I recently asked refund on zomato of rupees 198.24 which was paid through phone pay (UPI) it has been almost 27 days still I didn't receive the refund amount in my bank account when I contacted zomato they said refund has been done through our end please contact your bank to know it
And they gave me refund reference number (RRN[[protected]]

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of grave concern regarding an online fraud incident and the subsequent lack of cooperation from the State Bank of India (SBI) and its Airport Road Branch in Bhopal.

Firstly, I wish to report an online fraud involving an amount totaling Rs. 2, 05, 000/-. I was added to a Telegram group where I was initially given small tasks with a commission. Over time, the tasks escalated, and I was coerced into investing larger sums of money, totaling Rs. 2, 05, 000/-. However, upon realizing the fraudulent nature of the scheme, I immediately ceased further engagement and sought legal recourse.

Secondly, despite the involvement of the Cyber Crime Cell, Bhopal, and repeated requests for cooperation, there has been a significant lack of response and assistance from the SBI Airport Road Branch. The branch has failed to provide the necessary information related to the unauthorized transaction and has not cooperated with the investigation efforts.

Additionally, I have lodged a formal complaint with the SBI head office regarding this matter but have not received any reply or acknowledgment. This further highlights the disregard for customer grievances and the lack of accountability within the bank's hierarchy.

Therefore, I kindly request your intervention in this matter. I urge the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to issue directives to SBI and its Airport Road Branch, instructing them to cooperate fully with the Cyber Crime Cell and provide all necessary information and assistance required for the investigation.

It is crucial that swift action is taken to ensure justice is served and to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have purchased souverain gold bond of 10 gram from sbi branch on line on 27 may2021 . since than i have asked so many time to branch manager, customer care of sbi, but they did not give satisfy answer Nore given receipt of gold bond which i have purchased.

Sukhniwas-RRCAT, Indore(M.P.( Branch, of State Bank of India, has not refunded Rs. 1180/ deducted from my bank account, fraudulently, unethically and unauthorizedly . This total amount Rs. 1180/ was deducted in month of December 2023, from my bank account. My bank account number is [protected] . State Bank of India, is involved in fraudulent and unethical activities. State Bank of India, is
fraud and thief bank. This I am saying on the basis of my personal experience. Customer service is worst . Hence never bank with State Bank of India. They would eat and usurp your's hard earned money. In language of least educated people, I would say that this bank is waahiyaat, ghatiyaa and chor type bank . This bank is already notorious for so many scams.

I would like to bring to your attention that today, on the 15th of April 2024, I made a deposit of 10, 000 rupees at the SBI CDM in Malikpuram, Andhra Pradesh. This transaction took place at approximately 10:10 AM. However, to my dismay, the cash I deposited was not credited to my account, and I did not receive a slip from the machine. The money seems to be stuck in the CDM machine.

I am in urgent need of the funds for a medical emergency and I need to send it to the hospital. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. I have already submitted a complaint at the nearest SBI branch in Malikpuram regarding this issue. I made cardless Deposit.

I am getting messages from SBI bank again and again that "your transaction at POS 89051880 has been declined due to insufficient fund in your account"
even i didn't did any transaction through debit card or i will say that i am not used debit card anywhere.

and charges are deducted from my account till now 3 times.
please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I am currently facing issue with the KYC process being under process for nearly a month now. I submitted 2 complaints with the SBI customer care but they both were closed without any resolution and it was stated in the current status of the complaint that it was sent to the SP1- GITC.

I ordered the steel gua-sha from Amazon on March 11, 2024 of Rs. 399 through UPI (prepaid). As the product took really long to deliver i cancelled the product on
March 20, 2024.

As from Amazon they clearly mentioned the refund will be initiated on March 21, 2024 and the refund issued on March 21, 2024 itself. Till now the refund of rs. 399 not reflected in my bank account.

March 27, SBI deducted 16000 as locker charges and penalty.

I have raised an email regarding closer or downgrade of my credit card as i am unable to pay annual fees on 05/03/2024
