[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — deduction of reward points | |
Dear sir I have sent around 15- 20 mails to customer support regarding the deduction of reward points on 26 july 2018. But sir every time inside of resolving the issue they are just giving new complaint number with heading that your complaint is under consideration. It's about 2 month now, sir i have attached all the relevant profs that clearly shows the deduction of 940 points that i have not redeemed nor they get expired since i earned these points a month back for further details you may check complaints that sent previously and reply in term of extended date.
