State Bank Of India [SBI] — Deficiency in customer service

I lost my cash from my SBI account in Kollam[protected] on 21.12.2023. I got one message that I have Rs.4444/- SBI Reward points to redeem so I clicked the link and it took me to the Yono app of SBI. Then I started to login to one OTP that I entered, then another two or three OTS were coming. So I got doubt and I checked my net banking, then I have been Rs.50000/- has been debited to the account of Manimeghala, Account No.[protected], Velacherry branch of Federal Bank, Chennai at 12.50 p.m.Then immediately(within 15 minutes) I went to my home branch, informed the Senior manager Smt.Veena. She said you first give a cyber complaint, then you come to the bank. Cyber complaint was very difficult and somehow before 2 p.m I lodged that complaint vide No.[protected] on 21.12.2023 . Before that itself, a written complaint at 1.20 p.m was given to the Bank Manager Smt.Veena and she raised a ticket No.[protected] and after that a copy of the cyber complaint was given to the bank manager. But on verification of the Cybercrime website it is noticed that the transaction has occurred on 21.12.2023 at 12.50 p.m, complaint given to the bank on 21.12.2023 at 1.20 p.m, cyber complaint lodged on 21.12.2023 at 14.55 P.M.

But the manager Smt.Veena had taken action at 22.12.2023 at 15.07 P.m. By that time the fraudsters withdrawn my money from Federal Bank, Velacherry Branch to IDFC Bank. If the Manager Smt.Veena had taken action within the time limit, I would not have lost my money and the same could have been recovered from the Federal Bank. But the Manager had not taken any action, simply one ticket raised and sat idle. Today also I went to meet the AGM Mr.Roshan to discuss the case, he said " what the senior manager Veena did is correct, they have done all steps to recover the amount, even if you close your salary account from my bank also I don't have any problem".
Also the Officer's don't have any consideration for the ordinary customers. I lost my money due to the deficiency of the customer service.Hence it is requested to give direction to the bank authorities to credit the amount which I lost due to their fault or lapse or they have not done their duty in time.
