State Bank Of India [SBI] — Delay and denial of credit card service

45 days ago I have applied for credit card at SBI Pachpedhi Naka Branch where I have my savings bank account after a 5 to 7 days I was called for telephonic verification which was successful and I was ensured delivery of my credit card within next 10 days but after 20 days of my filling of application I was informed on enquiring that my application has been rejected because I have denied for it during telephonic verification which i didnt, still I was asked to file new application for Credit card and the complete process(application & verification) was repeated again in the same manner but this second time also I was denied after 20 days of applying that my application has been rejected.In this was I wasted 45 days in waiting for credit card due to fault from SBI and I am in deep trouble since I have to visit Singapore for which I needed the Credit Card as soon as possible, if only I had applied in some other bank I would have got my card issued instantly.
