State Bank Of India [SBI] — delay in pension arrears regarding new ppo no[protected]

Sir,
I tarvendra an esm drawing pension from sbi jaffar pur najafgarh road branch (14419) has received a new ppo[protected] two months earlier dated 10 aug 2018 from my record office and the same has been received by the pension drawing sbi branch a month ago, but i am not still able to receives such amount.
I request you to please consider on the above mentioned problem.

Two months ago, i have open new account in SBI Ring Road Bopal-Ahmadabad branch, Still i am waiting for my ATM card and i have raised many complaint in written and verbally against this issue but every time Bank executive giving me silly reason . i have visit many time in bank but facing same issue so please take action on this issue.
