I have made a demand draft no "[protected] from sbi, on 17/05/2016 rs 39030.00/- as [cghs] health department, hyderabad, but it was missing and last date of submission is gone. Now i go to bank and say that they cancel or make duplicate to pay this amount to me. Neither they cancel nor they issue me the duplicate dd
