Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing with reference to my TCRN AC85701830, I have been struggling to open an account in the SBI since more than a week, First of all the Service Manager at Sultanpalya Denied saying they cannot open an account in the Branch, Then I visited the Hennur Branch they also denied saying the cannot open the account, when asked to give me in writing for what reason they cannot open an account for me, they have clearly denied and treated very bad, as if I went there to beg. Seems like the clerks are preparing the regulations for SBI. The Service manager even refused to mention her name when request saying we want to complaint about the issue.
If this is the care then when is that not mentioned in any of the page online anywhere in the website.
