State Bank Of India [SBI] — Deposit cash in cash deposit system/ atm but not get receipt and account not credited

Sir, my name is kulvir singh, i have deposited 28500 rs in cash deposit system/atm in puranpur station road branch. My a/c number is [protected], but i did not got reciept of confirmation, i cheched my account balance from this machiene but it showed no credit of this amount of 28500, i complaind to state bank branch behind this atm and they said to me to give a application to us we will check, the cctv camera are also there,
