State Bank Of India [SBI] — did not get my refund after 20 days

Im really disappointed with your services because its not happening for the first time.. Booking id nf[protected] i have not received my refund and its been 20 days now.. This has happened before as well.. You people dont take it seriously.. The amount is 6976 and i have attached a photo as well.. This wont be tolerated as ur services are really bad in refunding.. Money is deducted on time then why not refund is done

Venkates is my agent, I take a policy no:[protected] under
Venkates agent code[protected] in 23.02.2016.
For 2017and2018 i give renival payment to venkates, but he does not renivel that amount to my policy. So kindly take action on him.
