I have paid my course registration fee for north eastern regional institute of science and technology (Nerist). Amount :. ₹5033.
Name : zodintluangi.
Through net banking it's showing success in status. But it didn't reached in colleges bank account. So i had to pay again. I waited more than 15 days but i didn't get the refund of my previous payment yet.

Called customer care but they said they will call back but they didn't.
So please help me to get my money back. I paid the fee through our college website i. E www.nerist.ac.in
And from there i paid through erp login.
