I visit state bank of india sbiintouch branch sector 13 kurukshetra two times for digital account opening everytime sbi employees said to me sir please wait and sit everytime i wait for 1-1 hours at last they said to me sir service is breakdown. Employee service in this branch is very poor. Infact they totally ignored me everytime. I just want complaint about this branch in consumer court

I wait for 1-1 hours everytime but at last they said to me our service is breakdown.. this branch service for customers is very poor
