State Bank Of India [SBI] — Dint got the refund from Amazon which they say they initiated

Did a purchase on Amazon and requested for refund as the product was not delivered to me.. They initiated the refund on 20 feb2022 but amount not credited in my account. They provide the refund reference number which is #[protected]. Amazon said get in touch with the my bank and provide them with the reference number. But the Bank is not helping as they say they don't have any means to help me
