Last year sbi cards officials mailed me and WhatsApp me from their official number about an promotional offer of applying a card and in return getting an Amazon voucher on inr 1500 on approval of card ...I applied for that card and got it now it's been 6months I'm approaching them for my promotional voucher now their are rejecting it I have submitted all proof to them and put up complaint also but no resolution provided nor their are interested in replying to my mails so kindly look into this matter I'm attaching the screenshot in which sbi cards has messages me about the promotion +2 photos Was this information helpful? State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 09, 2022 Updated by khan sahab01 Now there are saying that there was some terms and conditions and I have fulfilled all the terms and conditions then also they are saying I'm not eligible then why they where sending promotional messages
