I have purchase a mobile from amazon. But the mobile was defective and I returned the mobile to Amazon. A Refund of Rs 20999.00 was initiated by Amazon on 28 Aug 19 and Refund reference number was provided by them. But the same was not credited in my account till now. I have called so many times to SBI customer care, but no fruitful reply was received. You are requested to check the refund status and credit the amount at the earliest please.
