I keep getting an error message when I attempt to e-verify my tax filing. I have tried for about 4 days now.

This is the error message I receive. I am leaving out the code because I do not know if it is linked to my account or not.

I am an NRI in the US, using a Mac with Safari. (latest version of OS and Safari)

I would be grateful for any help.
