State Bank Of India [SBI] — education loan complaint

Sir,
I'm Abhishek K, and i'm here to seek your help and support.

I have applied for education loan in sbi bank, ncc basavanagudi, bangalore via vidyalakshmi portal on 28 nov. 2019.

Since then i have been regularly visiting the bank to know the updates.
Every now and then they are giving me new forms to fillup.

But now they say that they won't accept vidyalakshmi application and ASKING ME TO FILL THEIR OWN APPLICATION FORM.
Even though all my documents are valid, they are saying vidyalakshmi appl. is not valid in their bank. And they are asking for salary slip, but my father is a daily wage worker. What should i do for this ..sir?

If this is the case then the purpose of vidyalakshmi portal is absolutely waste no sir..?
Please help me with this issue.. THEY ARE MAKING ME TO ROAM BANK TO HOME.

Updated by Abhishek devadiga Bank officials in this branch(ncc basavanagudi, Bangalore) are so rude that, if i ask about the person to whom my application has been passed to. He is just saying "i don't know, i don't have his number..".
