Hi my name is Mahalakshmi. My niece have applied for an educational loan since six months ago. Till now we didn't get any status from bank side and also even we are not aware whether the file has being processed or not. Today we visit the bank to know the status. One of the bank staff in the branch said that he doesn't know about the status of educational loan because only the manager was handling it and he only knows the status. Also, said that the manager has been transferred and should wait until the new manager has come, no other source to get status. After hearing this, We shocked that how come the manager can transfer without handing over his work to the other staff who is next to him. And how can be the employees are irresponsible when approach the customer. So, kindly take this as prior issue and solve it as soon as possible. Thank you
