State Bank Of India [SBI] — employee is not present and misbehaving

Desr sir my name is shubham udiwal. This complaint is regarding misbehaving of your employee with my father as well as every time there is some abscentism in your topkhana branch ratlam
I am trying from two days just to print my passbook when ever i reached to bank at topkhan ratlam a person named chandan bhatiya at your topkhana branch denied as well as he misbehaved and told me that i have no concern with your problem but he is your employee at your branch so how can he missbehaved with me i want answer and machinery is not working by last two three days that is not my problrm the person who complete that task is not my problem i want answer
