This person definitely needs some training on customer handling/facing/greeting. Leave alone my issue, she wasn't even interested in hearing me speak. She cut me after her first few words and was all over me-yelling, inquiring about where i received her contact information.
On one hand, sbi has an amazing team in the iim lucknow branch (Where i recently completed my mba)-who actually take efforts to follow up and try to resolve your issues. On the other, employees like manu pathak definitely defames the entire staff.
I genuinely need her to listen more, than just speak non-stop for our entire 5 minute talk. Moreover, i called her back; while she effortless managed to hang up straight. Was this information helpful? |
