[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — error" cif not scrutinized by lcpc"

I am NRI customer from Bahrain, I have opened an NRE/NRO account through SBI Bahrain branch Three months ago at (Hyderabad Attapur Branch IFSC Code: SBIN0021220) by completing all the account opening formalities and I got welcome kit and I activated online banking. I have transferred funds to this account; the problem now is that I am unable to do any online transaction it always displays an error message saying “CIF NOT SCRUTINIZED BY LCPC”. I am stuck with this account, since I cannot carry any transactions from this account. I have to make urgent payments, and my own funds are stuck in this account. I have raised several online complaints and all of them were closed without resolving the problem. What is use of online complains??? If they just closed it without solving the issue; I have contacted the branch manager & sent several emails to branch manager & Nodal officer but the issue has not been resolved. Apr 18, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved The issue was already been resolved, even though it took long time for SBI to resolve, but finally it has been resolved, State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
