State Bank Of India [SBI] — Error code-078

I opened a current account at the State Bank of India's Raghav Nagar Deoria branch last month and activated it for internet banking, but I was never able to log in (tried multiple times)
Also, whenever I try to withdraw or UPI, I get the message YOUR TRANSACTION HAS BEEN DECLINED with 078-INOPEERATIVE ACCOUNT.
