Noways whenever I am depositing the amount they always charge "EXCESS CR IN SB" of Rs.59 total amount has deducted is 59* 3 = Rs.177. est part is when i ask about it no has correct answer they usually say ask him another table and most importantly they doesn't put any notice about changes. They seems like busy man hard working but useless, customer satisfaction 0%. I have spent about an hour for just clarifying.
therefore i just wanted to take legal action on it and most important try to refund amount
