I am mr. S. Y. Managuli a customer of your bank sbi. Treasury branch, bijapur. I am working in state govt. Office of the principal, district training institute, bijapur since 30 years getting a monthly salary of rs. 20, 000/-

I have submitted loan application to avail personal loan urgent salary (Express credit) for rs. 2, 50, 000-00on date[protected]. I am in urgent need of money to meet domestic expenses like sons education and construction of house. The officer of the bank has scrutinized the application & satisfied himself with all particulars and kept the application with him, he told me to come after a week and it will be credited to my account. Several times i visited the bank & 3-4 times i phoned to him and expressed my urgency. He never denied to sanction. But till date, i. E. Even after two months it is not done. Yesterday when i approached the concerned, i was asked to come after a month saying that branch audit is going on. Deeply annoyed by this, i am submitting this complaint. To protect the shining image of s. B. I.In customer service field kindly advise the concerned to do the needful at the earliest, so that i get the help in need of time & if i get the bank’s help after this, it will be in vain.
I hope to get positive response from you at the earliest.

      Dear team

      I have been charged an annual fee of 2999 in the oct-15 statement dated[protected], which was told by sbi credit card team that it would be waived off in the next year. Also my card was lost in the month of mar-15 & have requested for new card & a fees of inr 100 has been levied as replacement fees on[protected] also have been levied in the card statement[protected] for the same but still today i have not received the card inspite of communicating my new address via telephone to your sbi card customer care department.
      I only have been paying the emi of inr 3957.79 which is due on your card.

      Inspite of reminders & mails to sbi credit card team they are not sending the credit card also & charging finance fees on my outstanding amount which is due to this annual fees of inr 2999. I hav not been able to avail the card services from last one year.

      Would request yourself to look into the matter and help the needy as early as possible.

          Hii gd evng sir i m raznul haque, from odisha my complaint is that in my village which is situated at palasudha dist kendrapara but i have facing some bad management of sbi branch regarding to load cash on atm i have checked more then 15sbi atm nearby my village but i find that some atm are out of order or some atm are close the shatter due to no cash and also another fact and which is more frustrating one after withdrawing my money i got only slip that i have withdrawn cash but actually i didn't get any cash on that time and also your sbi atm a/c are not workable condition door are booken but it manageable but this type of service customer are not expecting this from sbi which are a brand of government named as state bank of india many govt people are opened his/her account in sbi due to govt bank and also dur to it find everywhere but your atm services are too bad if you compare with private bank atm

            Hi,
            I had withdrawn rs.3000 from sbi atm (Vardhman city mall sector – 23 dwarka) on 13-june-2016. I got 6 number of notes of rs.500 each in which all notes were in bad condition but 2 notes are totally damaged, badly torn & was having cello-tape applied on it. I informed the guard at the atm and he told me to contact the person with mobile number [protected].

            This person told me to change the 2 notes on the next afternoon, but i would be in my office and would not be able to collect it, kindly make arrangement to replace the 2 torn notes after 7:00pm or replace it at my residence.

            It’s a very serious concern where customers are cheated in these ways. My question is, why these torn notes were uploaded in the atm machine if it is already known to internal staff and who is responsible or whom to be contacted for these kind of concerns?

              On 31 May 2016' I used my atm card for payment to a dealer. He swip my atm card and enter amount of rs 14000 which required to be paid. But erroneously payment receipt not printed and the transaction got cancelled and make another payment of rs 14000 . As per rule the amount of rs 14000 which got cancelled should be credited to my account however the same not credited resulted to which rs 28000 has been deducted from my account instead of rs 14000. The unauthorised deduction of rs 14000 are also not showing credited in dealers account whereas the same is showing deducted in my account. How can I get my rs 14000 refund. Please help me in refund of my money

                I have a sbi credit card for which i was not abe to pay the amount in time due to medical condition and was approached by recovery agent. They made threats and denied any flexiy pay options and said to take either settlement or full amount.When i opposed to the language they used they made threats on my life. And even held me by my collar.I finally agreed to settlement amount of 78000 which was said to be paid in 7 emi when i said to take 30k in cash and the rest 0f the 48k in emi they agreed and left. The next day they came and took the money and gave me a slip and told papers will be issued in 3 days but after which they never picked my call and when ever they did they made threats on my life .I approched sbi but in vain i want justice in this regard.

                    My name is pranab shill. I am a sailor in indian navy and i live in mumbai. On 02 jun 16, two atm withdraw has been carried out from my sbi a/c no. [protected] of rs 20, 000 and rs 3, 800 respectively without my knowledge where the atm card was with me and i came to know the matter on 03 jun 16. After checking i found that the cash is withdrawn from the sbi atm 'opposite dockyard road railway station'. On 04 jun 16, saturday i went to my branch (Gateway of india), they told me file a fir in colaba police station. I went to police station and they told me file fir in nearest police station of 'dockyard raod railway station, where the cash was withdrawn. There was a time problem and next day on sunday was my train to go to home, assam. So i couldn't do the fir. So what to do now. Pls help me...

                      I am holding a saving account in your bank. I got a new atmcard with pin. But it is not working now. I can not do any transaction with sbi atm card because when i am do the transaction i got a slip of sorry unable to process.

                        It's been 100 days since i applied for duplicate card. Pin number has been delivered but card has not come. Have rung them up at least 10 times. Business suffering due to no card. Pl help. S bi keeps telling me that issue has been escalated but no action. They seem not to know why the card has not come. I have some to 3 different supervisors. I lodged a request in feb28, 2016!! Yet no card!! Today is june 10, 2016. Pl help.

                            Detail - I got a call from [protected] regarding the problem of temporary block of ATM card and subsequently after the discussion when i said i'll verify it from the bank myself they cut the phone and after 20 minutes the amount was withdrawn a several times with a total amount of 22737/- from the SBI SB account.

                            In transaction it was mentioned as pos prch or paytm mobile solutions noida.

                            How it is possible without card and OTP number transaction is taking place. And yet it has been done. Hence I request for the retrieval of the amount back...

                              1. Bill due for the month of May 16 in my card was Rs. 24, 909.76. I paid Rs. 24, 910 on 03 Jun 16 (i.e. before the due date). Again Rs. 24, 909.76 was deducted from my account on 05 Jun 16. For every small thing they keep charging unnecessarily. Now they are crossing limits. Not responding to mails too to return my money back.

                              2. Now they should return the money along with interest, as they charge us (customers).

                              3. It is requested to kindly look into the matter.

                                Few days back I got a message I have Lien amount of 1, 53000rs in my account.I contacted the branch manager reg the issue he said in my account no such amount is showing under lien amount.
                                I said him it's showing in my internet banking but he don't know how to resolve it
                                I don't have any outstanding or loan or any trading account in SBI
                                Still lien amount is showing in net banking don't know whom to contact to clear it
                                Please help me to clear the lien amount

                                        I need resolution to my complaint (interaction id = 1-[protected]). This has been dragging along since very long and I've been following on it through mail with [protected]@sbicard.com.

                                        As I did not get promised credit limit I had asked to cancel my card ending in 7595.

                                        I received mail a few days back confirming there are no dues on my card and it has been cancelled, also cibil has been rectified but then it's still showing rs 462 pending on my card (ending in 7595) for payment of which last date is today (8th June). I am tired and frustrated due to no concrete resolution to this even after a month and now again my cibil score will be spoiled due to non-payment. I've sent mail to [protected]@sbicard.com, '[protected]@sbicard.com'; '[protected]@sbicard.com'; '[protected]@sbicard.com' but no response.

                                        Your service and response is so pathetic.

                                        I’ve been constantly following up on this and have been communicated that the issue is solved now.

                                        But then I still received the SMS saying there is due of Rs462.00 on my said card which needs to be paid tomorrow (8th). How can the system still show due and send SMS if all dues have been cancelled as communicated by SBI below? This will again spoil my CIBIL and whole circle will start again. Is this being done deliberately?

                                        This is beyond my understanding. Please help.

                                        Thanks for the update but this is what I feared when I asked in my mail below about the update on reversal of charges due on the card.
                                        Now this affected my score too. This would not have happened if the reversal was done in time.

                                        My name is Bhushan Palxxxxxx and Ive received a SimplySave SBI credit card a few days back.

                                        I am not at all happy with the way this card was allocated to me and not happy with your services too.

                                        My first issue is with one Dinesh Mahale (Ph. no - [protected]) who is your representative and who lied to me at the time of registering for this card. Frankly speaking I already have on ICICI card on which I am eligible of around 1 lac credit limit, still I belived this guy and opted for SBI card.
                                        When marketing for the SBI Credit cards at Amanora Park Town center, Pune, Dinesh promised me that SBI will give me around 5 Lac Credit limit and thats what interested me and I registered for the same.
                                        Now when I received the card it shows a credit limit of only Rs 30, 000. Is this a joke or what and what kind of promises and lies your representatives tell for luring people into getting your cards.

                                        Ive a spotless credit history and my monthly salary itself is around 1 Lac. What do you want me to do with this credit limit of 30, 000, (not even one third) and why do you think I should pay a Rs 500 fee for this laughable credit limit?
                                        This is really shameful and cheating and lying to lure customers to get your cards. When I contacted Dinesh, he mentioned hell talk to his manager and will update me which he never did. I followed up with further messages but he never came back. So the guy is definitely lying and doesnt bother about your customers grievances at all.

                                        Another issue is I got this card on 18/04/16 and then on 19/04/16 I got message saying total amount due on card is Rs 571. Come on, Ive barely received my card and youve started charging me whatever fee it might be. This is ridiculous.

                                        If you cant increase my credit limit to Rs 5 lacs and cash limit to Rs 1 Lac right away, I dont want your card and request you to cancel it right away and cancel these charges failing which Ill need to escalate this further.
